HulaBear was a HUGE SUCCESS!!!

The Knerdy Knitters had our first Yarnbombing event and it was a blast! Last Saturday we took advantage of the beautiful weather and invaded Griffith Park in LA to dress the Griffith Park Bear Statue in his Halloween Costume. He became HULABEAR right before our eyes! 

Thank you so much to Tabitha Davis for organizing the event. A huge thank you also to everyone who made pieces for the costume. We could not have done it without you. We asked for help and you Knerds totally delivered. And lastly, thank you to everyone who showed up in the park to celebrate with us! We can't wait until the next one!
