Fandom Challenge 2017

Challenge your craft to reflect your "fandom"

For the first time ever, the Knerdy Knitters are presenting a challenge to members: create a project that reflects what you are a fan of. It can be a sports team, a college, an author, a place, a yarn, a color . . . there are no limits here. All you have to do is craft the project, complete the Registration Form, submit it by the deadline and show off your project at the Dec. 2 Knerdy Knitters Holiday Party. Prizes will be given!

The Deadline: Oct. 23

You must fill out the 2017 Registration Form by Oct. 23. This allows us to work out the prize categories and prepare for the voting.

You must fill out a registration form for each project you submit, but only one prize will be given per person.

The Rules

  • You must be a paid member of the Knerdy Knitters by Nov. 27 to participate.
  • Your item(s) must have been made in 2017. No resurrected UFOs.
  • You can enter up to three projects, but only one prize will be awarded per person.

Awarding of Prizes

The winning projects will be selected by a vote of those attending the Knerdy Knitters Dec. 2 holiday party.
