March/April 2014 Crochet-a-long

For March/April, we will be doing a Hat & Scarf for our 2014 charity, The Love Scarf Project.  The pattern, Crocheted Scarf and Hat by Deborah Hedges, can be found for free on Ravelry.

For this project, you will need a G and H hook, stitch markers and yarn.  For either the scarf or the hat, you will need 312 yds of worsted weight yarn . If you want to make both, then 624 yards. 

Cottons or Acrylics are preferred over Wool for use in gifts for cancer patients.
