Spring has sprung so let's have a party! We hope you'll join us for the Knerdy Knitters & Crocheters Spring Tea Party with Silent Auction! We thought it would be fun to celebrate Spring with our yarny pals - although do we really need an excuse to throw a party!
Our Spring Tea Party will take place on Sunday, May 4th from 2:30pm to 5:30pm at Chado Tea Room in Pasadena.

The CHADO TEA ROOM experience is one to savor. Husband and wife team Reena & Devan Shah, acquired Chado in 1993 and began quietly revolutionizing how people in greater Los Angeles think of tea. They opened their first shop in Los Angeles but today, Chado has three locations serving as role models in America’s tea renaissance.
The Knerdy Knitters & Crocheters will be holding our Spring Tea Party at their Pasadena location. Ours will be their “Signature Afternoon Tea Service” which includes classic tea sandwiches, prepared without the crust and untoasted to maintain quality and freshness. They serve the tea sandwiches in finger sized portions, accompanied by their signature freshly steeped loose-leaf teas, fresh baked scones and a delicious dessert.

The cost to attend the Knerdy Knitters & Crocheters Spring Tea Party is $35 per person. This covers all costs, including tax and gratuity.
In addition to this yummy tea service, we’re extending our time at Chado in order to hold a silent auction. We’re reaching out to some of our favorite local and yarny vendors to gather some fun things.
Overall, it’s going to be a great opportunity to see your friends in the guild, enjoy a wonderful tea service and do a little silent auction shopping! We hope to see you there.

Can You Bring A Guest?
Our Spring Tea Party is a n event primarily for Guild Members ONLY. However, if you would like to bring along a friend, a spouse, a family member or a guest, you can do that. The ticket price for a guest is = $40.
